Must Have
12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in delivery/program management rolesmanaging large scale multi vendor IT programs Strong technical understanding of enterprise platforms application development cloudAWS or Azure DevOps and modern delivery methodologies Agile SAFe WaterfallProven experience managing fixed bid engagements including contractual financial andscope management responsibilitiesPrior experience working in or with healthcare clients familiarity with clinical systemsregulatory frameworks e g HIPAA and healthcare workflows is strongly preferredDemonstrated success in client facing roles with ability to build strong stakeholderrelationships and influence senior executivesNice to HaveExperience in driving digital transformation data analytics or health tech innovationprogramsKnowledge of PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certificationsExperience with tools like JIRA ServiceNow MS Project Confluence and standardproject or delivery dashboards
