Project Manager - US Healthcare

As a Project Manager at our company, you will work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assigned projects, taking ownership of end-to-end project management. You will exemplify core behaviors and create a successful team environment. This individual contributor role focuses on business project management, collaborating with senior leadership to identify and execute enterprise-level initiatives and projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategically aligning the business vision and objectives with initiated projects in different departments - Managing the project/program governance framework - Preparing and presenting progress, issues, and budget to the appropriate Steering Committee - Facilitating seamless communication flow from top to bottom and vice versa for project, program, and enterprise-level execution - Managing a cross-functional team of resources - Applying reason and logic in decision-making - Actively seeking opportunities to improve current methods, systems, processes, and structures - Identifying redundant steps in methods or procedures to introduce best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4 years of core consultancy and project management experience throughout the lifecycle - PMP certification or equivalent training - Knowledge of Healthcare Management, Insurance industry business, and operations - Experience in consultancy/business development and project management - Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment - Capacity to work independently with minimal support and supervision - Strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in problem management and resolution - Familiarity with customer relationship management - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Skill in analyzing and visualizing data, extracting insights, and sharing across various departments - Capability to manage provided data and transform it into actionable information This is a permanent position requiring you to work in night shifts (3.00 PM to 12.00 AM) at our Chennai location.,
