We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager who excels at communication, coordination, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong skills in client management, project planning, and smooth execution of deliverables. You will act as the central link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely delivery.
What You Will Do:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure project alignment Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery Lead project meetings, provide regular updates, and keep everyone aligned Promote best practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team culture What Were Looking For: 5-7 years of project management experience in a tech or product-driven environment Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA, Trello
Experience in working with non-profit organizations or social impact projects will be considered a strong plus.
