As a Project Manager - Transformation at HSBC, you will have the opportunity to lead change initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and make impactful decisions independently. Your role will involve planning effectively to maximize benefits and minimize risks, ensuring adherence to the Business Transformation Frameworks. You will proactively monitor project execution, identify and manage risks/issues/dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success. Your responsibilities will include producing a well-defined project plan, providing timely reports on project status, maintaining project change control, and defining resource requirements for the project team. Key Responsibilities: - Take decisions and lead change initiatives independently - Plan effectively to maximize benefits and minimize risks - Monitor project execution and identify risks/issues/dependencies - Produce a well-defined project plan with key milestones and responsibilities - Provide timely reports on project status, risks, and issues - Maintain project change control and manage baseline changes - Identify and share resource requirements with the Program Manager - Create a collaborative team environment to support team professionalism and development Qualifications Required: - Understanding of project lifecycle, Business Transformation Frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, MS Project - Experience in project tracking, risk and issue management, and Change Adoption processes - Familiarity with transformation changes Design & Initiation (D&I), Planning and Plan Management, Risk and Issues Management, Business Case and Benefits Realization, Financial and Budget Management, and Tracking, Reporting, and Governance Join HSBC as a Project Manager - Transformation and contribute to driving benefits for HSBC, its customers, and stakeholders by successfully managing change initiatives and project delivery.
