As a Project Manager - Transformation at HSBC, you will have the opportunity to lead change initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and make impactful decisions independently. Your role will involve planning effectively to maximize benefits and minimize risks, ensuring adherence to the Business Transformation Frameworks. You will proactively monitor project execution, identify and manage risks/issues/dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success. Your responsibilities will include producing a well-defined project plan, providing timely reports on project status, maintaining project change control, and defining resource requirements for the project team.
