Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and execute industrial construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong on-site experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor industrial construction projects
Manage site activities, manpower, contractors, and subcontractors
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Ensure quality control, safety norms, and statutory compliance
Monitor material procurement and inventory at site
Handle billing, measurements, BOQs, and cost control
Identify risks and resolve site-related issues efficiently

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5–10 years of experience in industrial construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
Experience in site execution, planning, and coordination
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently at site

Preferred Skills:

Experience in factories, warehouses, plants, or large industrial projects
Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera / Excel (basic to intermediate)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
