Job Title: PMO (Project Management Office) Project Manager
Location: Bangalore, India

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager (PMO) to join
our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and
supporting projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain, ensuring delivery
excellence, governance, and adherence to organizational project management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across
multiple initiatives.
• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, tools, templates, and best
practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business
goals and compliance with quality and regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, etc., if
applicable).
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, highlighting risks and
dependencies proactively.
• Prepare and present regular project dashboards, reports, and status updates to
senior management.
• Facilitate project review meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder
communications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance delivery
efficiency.
• Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and documentation for ongoing
and upcoming projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2+ years in Pharma or
Healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,
Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic
environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation processes in
pharma/healthcare environments is a plus.
