Project Manager (Tender & Estimation) - International Bidding Expert

The ideal candidate should have 15+years in project management and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in International Bidding and Tender Estimation.This position is based out of Delhi Head Office.

Responsibilities

• International Tender Estimation expert in Bridges.
• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for international projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and compliance with international standards.
• Analyse project requirements, develop cost estimates, and formulate pricing strategies for large scale bridge construction projects.
• Work closely with cross functional teams including engineering, procurement, and project management to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and risk assessments to optimise bid competitiveness.
• Oversee contract negotiations, post-bid clarifications, and agreement finalization.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and international tender guidelines.
