Project Manager-Technology

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from planning and execution to closure. You'll coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects across their full lifecycleDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and business stakeholdersMonitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and report updatesManage project budgets, identify deviations, and implement corrective actionsServe as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersFoster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimizationRequired Skills & Qualifications4 to 7 years of proven experience in project managementExperience managing software/IT development projectsStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesExperience using project management tools such as JiraExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset and strong attention to detailBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (PMP or similar certification is a plus)
