Project Manager (Techno Functional)

Role & responsibilities

• Project Management:

Planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and risks.

• Technical Expertise:

Understanding the technical aspects of the project, including system architecture, development processes, and integration points.

• Functional Knowledge:

Understanding the business requirements and processes that the project is designed to support.

• Stakeholder Management:

Communicating with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management, to ensure alignment and buy-in.

• Solution Design:

Collaborating with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and technical feasibility.

• Change Management:

Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and resources, and ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.

• Quality Assurance:

Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business needs.

Skills Required:

• Project Management Methodologies:

  Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Knowledge of relevant technologies, systems, and development processes.

• Business Acumen:

  Understanding of business processes, requirements, and objectives.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
