Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Data Modeling and Design:
Design and develop efficient data marts using PostgreSQL, adhering to best practices in data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Translate business requirements into effective data models and structures.
Create and maintain metadata documentation for data marts.
Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL):
Develop and maintain efficient ETL processes using PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, or other relevant tools.
Extract data from various sources (databases, flat files, APIs) and transform it into a suitable format for analysis.
Load data into data marts efficiently and reliably.
Data Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor data quality checks and validation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Performance Tuning:

Optimize data mart performance through indexing, partitioning, and other techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 3 years on SQL / Postgres SQL (preferred), Data Warehouse, Data Mart Design, DB development & maintenance

Immediate availability is preferred
