What would you do? Domain:Digital Inside Sales (DIS) :The Techno-Functional Expert will serve as the Technical Delivery Lead, combining a deep understanding of Digital Inside Sales with strong technical expertise in Python and AI/ML. The candidate will lead the design and delivery of AI and ML-enabled solutions that enhance sales operations, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Acting as a bridge between the sales function and technical teams, this role demands both domain knowledge and hands-on technical skills to deliver end-to-end inside sales transformation solutions to clients.The Digital Inside Sales domain focuses on reinventing sales operations via digital transformation, data-driven insights, and AI-powered engagement. Key focus areas include AI-driven lead generation and qualification, end-to-end sales cycle management, hyper-personalization with real-time insightsDomain:Finance and Accounting (F&A) :The Finance and Accounting domain focuses on reimagining finance through digital transformation and intelligent operations. This includes procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, FP&A, risk and compliance, treasury, and tax operations.Our AI-driven solutions realize high impact outcomes like touchless processing, improved forecasting accuracy, and significant cost reductions. The Techno-Functional Expert will act as the Technical Delivery Lead, blending deep functional expertise in Finance and Accounting with strong technical skills in Python, AI, and Machine Learning. What are we looking for?

Strong expertise in Digital Inside Sales processes including lead generation, sales operations, CRM automation, and customer success enablement.

Proficiency in Python programming and practical experience applying AI/ML models in sales or related business functions.

Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-enabled sales tech solutions to clients, ideally within consulting or professional services.

Experience with sales and marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and automation technologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams effectively.

Ability to lead technical delivery teams, manage projects, and drive client satisfaction.

Deep expertise in Finance and Accounting processes, such as P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, risk, compliance, and treasury.

Proven experience in Python programming with applied knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques relevant to finance.

Successful track record of delivering finance transformation solutions involving AI/ML for enterprise clients.

Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP integrations, automation frameworks, and data analytics.

Excellent client management, communication

Familiarity with Accenture SynOps platform or equivalent intelligent automation systems.

Advanced degrees or certifications in Sales Technology, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

12+ years of combined Digital Inside Sales domain and technical delivery experience.

12+ years of combined finance functional and technical delivery experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.

Certifications or advanced training in finance technology, AI/ML, or data science.

Experience in cloud-based finance solution deployments and advanced analytics platforms.

12+ years of combined functional HR and technical delivery experience.

Experience working in large-scale transformation projects focused on HR digitalization and AI-powered automation.

Understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices in the context of AI/ML solution deployment.

Relevant certifications in HR technology, AI/ML, or Python development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of AI/ML-powered Digital Inside Sales solutions that optimize lead generation, sales cycle management, and customer success processes.

Translate business needs from sales leadership into scalable, technically feasible AI and automation solutions using Python and machine learning methodologies.

Collaborate closely with sales teams, data scientists, and technical developers to implement predictive analytics, generative AI models, and real-time insight tools.

Manage project delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance across client engagements.

Mentor team members on Digital Inside Sales domain knowledge and emerging AI/ML technologies.

Stay updated with advancements in inside sales technologies, AI, ML, and related automation tools to enhance delivery capabilities.

Drive innovation within sales operations by integrating automation, AI-driven insights, and hyper-personalization techniques in client solutions.

Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML-powered finance and accounting solutions aligned to clients transformational goals.

Act as the primary liaison between finance functional teams and technical delivery teams, translating finance requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Develop and implement Python-based AI and ML models for forecasting, automation, analytics, and operational intelligence in finance processes.

Manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
