B.E or B.Tech in Civil/ Electrical with 10+ years
1. Responsible for managing & monitoring the work of the construction contractors & suppliers to be executed in accordance with approved specifications.
2. Monitor material, labour & equipment resources and ensure that work complies with method statements & GFC issued.
3. Co-ordination with a Team of Engineers for various types of Job and resolving bottlenecks.
4. Supervise day-to-day work at site and ensure the timeline as per agreed working schedule.
5. Tracking of long lead items as per agreed schedule.
6. Experience in on-site Construction supervision activities, assisting procurement to ensure completion of Project within the agreed schedule.
7. Arranging periodical meetings with client-contractor to update progress in line with agreed timeline.
8. Reporting MPR & WPR
9. Responsible for SOP & PMP adherence
10. Should have basic working exposure in roof top Solar also.
