Job Description

You will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing projects of various complexities and sizes within the assigned functional area. Your role will involve partnering with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Approximately 30%-40% of your responsibilities will focus on Supply Chain Strategy and Communication, with a specific emphasis on leading projects within the Logistics function. Your key responsibilities will include leading multiple projects from inception to completion, facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives, and working with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals. You will design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals. Additionally, you will identify, track, and collaborate to resolve project issues, monitor and communicate project status to the project team, and plan and monitor project budgets. As a Project Manager, you will manage project risk using quality tools to identify areas of risk and propose alternative solutions. You will also document and share team learnings with other teams to enhance project success, maintain project notes, databases, and other records, and monitor, measure, and communicate with the Project Sponsor and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you will identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish project tasks, guide and coach team members, and provide developmental feedback. To excel in this role, an intermediate level of experience is required, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred. You should possess competencies such as Financial Acumen, Business Insight, Effective Communication, Customer Focus, Conflict Management, Planning and Alignment, Project Issue and Risk Management, Project Resource Management, Project Schedule Management, Project Scope Management, and Supply Chain Knowledge. Your knowledge and skills should include Corporate Supply Chain Strategy, Communication, and a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes. You should be capable of supporting business strategy and development projects through qualitative and quantitative analysis across Corporate Supply Chain areas, as well as communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate will hold a college, university, or equivalent degree, and may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
