We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Ground Mounted Solar Projects to lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV plants, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and safety compliance across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end execution
of ground-mounted solar PV projects (MW scale)
Plan and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams
Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with contract terms, technical specifications, and HSE standards
Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
Oversee civil, structural, electrical, and evacuation works
Support testing, commissioning and grid synchronization
Ensure timely handover and close-out documentation

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
solar EPC project execution
Expertise in
utility-scale ground-mounted solar construction
Proficiency in
Primavera / MS Project
Sound understanding of contracts, cost control, and risk management
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
