Location:

CTC: Upto 20 Lakhs

Role Overview:

Project Manager – Solar/BESS Vertical

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the complete lifecycle of
Solar PV and BESS projects
from planning to commissioning.
Prepare and monitor detailed
project execution plans, budgets, and schedules
.
Manage
EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams
ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Oversee
site execution, construction, installation, and commissioning
activities.
Ensure
statutory compliances, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
norms, and best practices are followed.
Monitor and control project costs, proactively mitigating risks and delays.
Prepare and present
progress reports, dashboards, and MIS
for leadership review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for approvals, design reviews, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
Handle
client interactions, site inspections, and audits
ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvements in project execution efficiency and standard operating processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Energy / Renewable Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in
Solar PV and/or BESS project execution & management
.
Strong knowledge of
project management tools, electrical systems, storage technologies, and renewable standards
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle
multi-site projects, cross-functional teams, and vendor ecosystems
.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
