Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing customer projects in adherence to Project Management standards and customer requirements. You will consult with customers on technical solutions, clarify their targets and requirements, prepare participation in tenders, and lead negotiations. Additionally, you will coordinate project planning, monitor milestones and budgets, maintain constant communication with stakeholders, and manage project staff. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and manage customer projects according to defined Project Management standards - Consult with customers on technical solutions in collaboration with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager - Clarify customers' targets, requirements, and specifications in request for proposal (RFP) - Prepare participation in tender processes and lead negotiations with customers - Coordinate overall project planning and allocate resources effectively - Maintain continuous communication with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders - Monitor project milestones and budgets, taking actions to minimize non-conformance costs - Adhere to Project Management standards and Business Conduct Guidelines - Manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff Qualifications Required: - Commercial experience with sales proposals and contract terms & conditions - Experience in direct customer interactions - Working knowledge of industry standards - Bachelor's degree required - Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts, practices, procedures, and schedule management About the Company: Siemens Energy is committed to making tomorrow different today, offering comprehensive digital portfolio solutions in the oil and gas sector and other process industries.
