Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Ernakulam. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. This includes managing resources, schedules, financials, and adhering to quality and safety standards. Daily tasks involve expediting processes, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Expediting and Expeditor skills
• 10-15 Years of Project Management experience
• Inspection skills
• Logistics Management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
