Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Role Overview: As a Project Manager (Scrum Master) at VectorStack, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within established scope and budget constraints. Acting as a servant leader and agile coach, you will guide teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and task prioritization. Identifying and resolving blockers, tracking and communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and promoting continuous improvement within the team by upholding agile values and principles are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA specialists, designers, and business stakeholders.
