Project Manager Scrum Master

As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master at Delmia ScrumEx, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end project delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end project delivery to ensure alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines. - Facilitate Scrum and Scrumban ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics. - Monitor and report delivery progress, risks, and dependencies using agile dashboards and KPIs. - Champion Agile best practices for transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and team velocity tracking. - Act as a servant leader by coaching and mentoring teams in Agile principles and delivery excellence. - Maintain stakeholder alignment through proactive communication and expectation management. - Ensure strong delivery governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management practices. - Lead distributed or remote teams effectively across multiple geographies. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in project delivery, Agile coaching, or service management roles. - Proven experience with Scrumban or hybrid Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. - Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. - Strong understanding of delivery governance and stakeholder management. - Hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks. - Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated industries.
