Job Description

Urgent Requirement Project Manager/ Scrum Master - ODS & SAP Datasphere

About the Role:

Scrum Master / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Scrum Master / Project Manager to guide and support a BI/Data engineering team.
Oversee project delivery, sprint planning, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
Ensure smooth integration, transformation, and flow of data across systems.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Expertise

7+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Business Intelligence.
Strong expertise in
ODS (Operational Data Store)
and
SAP Datasphere
.
Proven experience as a
Scrum Master / Project Manager
.
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for workflow and release management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to Qlik or other BI tools.
Experience with SAP HANA and SAP BW.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
