Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS and enterprise-level projects from ideation to deployment.
• Manage a cross-functional team of developers

  (React, Node.js), database engineers, designers, and QA testers.

• Define

  project scope, timelines, deliverables

  , and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align on requirements, business goals, and SaaS product roadmaps.
• Oversee

  GraphQL API integrations, PostgreSQL DB setups, and cloud-based SaaS deployments.

• Drive development of multi-tenant, scalable, and secure SaaS applications.
• Ensure best practices in

  Agile/Scrum project management (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

  .
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Deliver projects aligned with business needs across

  travel, hospitality, cruise, banking/fintech, car rental, and SaaS verticals.

• Maintain clear project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate the team, ensuring high productivity and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience

  in IT project management

  , with at least 3+ years managing 10+ member teams.
• Proven track record in delivering SaaS platforms and enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of:
• Frontend:

  React.js

• Backend:

  Node.js

• Database:

  PostgreSQL

• API Management:

  GraphQL

• SaaS Architecture & DB setups

• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS models, subscription billing, and data security compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong grasp of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and

  SDLC

  best practices.

  Preferred Experience

• Projects similar to

  MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, Cruise booking platforms, Car rentals, Banking/Fintech solutions, and SaaS products.

• Familiarity with

  microservices architecture.

• Ability to guide engineering teams with hands-on technical insights
