Job Description

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Lead and manage assigned projects to successful completion.
Oversee technical aspects, guide the development team, and ensure technical deliverables align with project requirements.
Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards requirements. Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Strong experience presenting to different types of teams; both written and oral with technical and non-technical teams, at all levels of management.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource tracking for assigned projects. Ensure timely and effective communication to up stakeholders (including multiple teams) on the progress of the project.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, test plans, progress reports, sprint plan, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and identify opportunities for additional services and projects. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Desired Candi Profile:

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Precision and attention to detail.
An interest in Data Analytics, coupled with a willingness to keep up to with industry trends.
