KRA: Detailed study and approval of Project Planning, Periodic Tracking as per MSP plan Resource plan monitoring- Labour, Material, Manpower, Plant & Machinery Timely Approval and submission of MIS Reports-, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports, Material indent tracking- pertaining to project Change Management Monitoring,Analysis and Final Reporting Monitoring Sequence of Work to ensure Cost, Quality & Time effectiveness Ensure proper execution of processes/systems/ procedures for the project as per SOP Detailed review and approval of Project Budget on periodic basis Preparation of Projected Cash Flow for 3 months & monthly tracking Requirements Candidates must have good expo in residential project Min 5 years experience needed Must be from Real Estate background Education criteria: Diplom/ BE/ Btech in Civil Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/04/2024
