As a Project Manager in this completely remote opportunity based in Gurgaon, India, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Identifying project stakeholders, team members, requirements, and overall timelines. - Defining scope, schedule, budget, and risks with project teams and tracking project progress. - Developing and implementing robust communication plans, change management roadmaps, and critical paths. - Leveraging project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Jira to create, update, and share project statuses. - Overseeing the technical implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with engineering objectives. - Facilitating risk assessments and establishing mitigation strategies for potential technical challenges. - Preparing comprehensive documentation for all project phases, including deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned. - Coordinating global and cross-functional resources to achieve project success. - Communicating progress, challenges, and key outcomes effectively to stakeholders and leadership. - Providing sign-off for phase and project completion. You should possess the following skills and competencies: - Ability to identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams and stakeholders. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and technical details to diverse stakeholders effectively. - Capability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose actionable solutions. - Capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success. - Ability to inspire and guide teams, resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and drive ownership of goals. - Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, delegating tasks, and using resources efficiently. - Strong time management and multitasking capabilities to oversee multiple priorities and deadlines. - Analytical and creative abilities to overcome obstacles and achieve project objectives. - Confidence in making informed decisions under pressure and managing conflicting priorities. - Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Wrike, Asana. - Flexibility and openness to navigating changes and adopting new tools or methodologies. Minimum qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of relevant experience in project management roles. - Proven experience in leading technology projects, working closely with engineering and multidisciplinary teams. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Jira. - Exceptional risk analysis, prioritization, and resource management skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. - Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification. - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
