Experience: Min 20 years of experience in Highways / road infrastructure sector mandatory. Nature of the Job: Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and oversight on project deliverables; Guide and mentor team members, promoting skill development and growth. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Manage project finances, including cost estimation, tracking, and controlling expenses and ensure timely completion of projects, managing delays and optimising resource allocation. Manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and vendors. Ensure smooth project completion, including final inspections and documentation. Salary: Depends upon the total experience of the candidate. Job Requirements: Should have effective communication and teamwork skills. Should be flexible towards jobs and the requirements. Candidates specialised in roads and road infrastructure projects only are preferred.
