Job Summary:

Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage large-scale residential or commercial tower projects from pre-construction through to handover.This role involves close coordination with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the full lifecycle of

    high-rise building projects

    , ensuring delivery within defined scope, time, and budget.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee all construction activities, from excavation and piling through superstructure, MEP, faade, and finishing works.

Construction Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with design consultants, structural and MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review and approve project plans, drawings, material specifications, and construction methodologies.

Site Management

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues proactively to prevent delays.

Team & Contractor Management

  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams including site engineers, foremen, safety officers, and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Administer contracts and manage claims, change orders, and billing.
  • Track project costs and cash flows, ensuring cost control and budget adherence.
  • Enforce strict compliance with QHSE standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive quality assurance processes and ensure delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 13 to 15 years of hands-on experience in

    high-rise building construction

    , including leadership roles on projects .
  • Proven track record of managing the full cycle of high-rise

    building

    projects.
  • Deep understanding of

    high-rise systems (RCC, steel), post-tensioning, curtain wall/faade systems.

  • Strong understanding of construction codes, high-rise building regulations, and quality standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
