Job Description

Project Manager – Pre-Opening (QSR) BanaRoma

Location:

Mission:


You’ll deliver

  • Real estate finalization:

    shortlist → LOI/lease → license checklist

  • Vendor finalization:

    3 quotes/item, rate & credit terms, POs, GRN

  • Packaging finalization:

    structure + graphics, transit/leak tests, printer handoff

  • Kitchen equipment & smallware:

    BOQ, install & commissioning, snag closure

  • Costing & pricing:

    coordinate with Culinary; hit COGS targets

  • SOP documentation:

    look-&-cook, cleaning matrix, safety signage live

  • Civil work monitoring:

    daily site stand-ups, MEP/signage/utility readiness

  • Recruitment assistance:

    coordinate trials for SM/Kitchen/FOH

  • Training & soft launch:

    5-day bootcamp, mock services, aggregator go-live

  • Project monitoring support:

    dashboards, photo logs, D+30 handholding


Must-haves

  • 3–7 yrs in

    QSR/Retail projects

    ;

    3+ outlets opened end-to-end

  • Vendor network, negotiation & cost control; Sheets/Excel; basic drawing/MEP comfort
  • Field-first, Hindi + local language
