Project Manager- QAQC

The Project Manager at Bureau Veritas India Pvt Ltd (BVIL) in Kochi is responsible for overseeing Construction Technical Control (CTC) of Projects in Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Industrial sectors. You will handle all technical and operational accountabilities, ensuring adherence to business plans and operational excellence in the CTC sector. Building and nurturing client relationships with major accounts and potentials will be a key focus. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and performing in operational areas, managing cost budgets, ensuring proper staffing levels, identifying training needs, and resource requirements. You will be in charge of project management, meeting customer expectations, executing contracts effectively, and achieving collection targets. Compliance with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, BV Code of Ethics, and BV Group policy is imperative. In terms of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), strict adherence to BV Cardinal Safety Rules and company HSE requirements is essential. You must ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and others, promptly report any HSE issues, and contribute to improving HSE aspects. Your performance will be evaluated based on criteria such as client relationship management, cost control, resource utilization, account receivables, compliance with guidelines and policies, and customer service satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you should be a Graduate Engineer (Civil Engineer) with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in Quality. Knowledge of QA/QC/QMS will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, team management skills, a pleasing personality, and effective communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
