Job Title Project Manager
Job Description
Prepares and implements small single-discipline projects or subprojects of an integral project, I n accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost, and staffing.
Responsible for execution, progress, and quality of the project. Small project, mainly reuse (of in-product HW, SW, E in case of a technical project).
Planning, leading, and tracking leads a small team of approximately 5 team members
Key Areas of Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources, multiple stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop a detailed project plan to arrive at long term commitments to customers and track progress.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-
Developing team objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
-
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
-
Report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Facilitating agile ceremonies and removing any impediments in team.

Act as an agile coach for the team
Experience & Qualifications:
-
B. E/B. Tech/MCA with overall 9 -12 yrs. of IT industry experience
-
Minimum 2-3 yrs. of project management experience
-
Minimum 2 Yrs. of experience in handling people reporting.

Must have at least 5 years of experience working through the design, development, testing, release cycle and delivering software products to market. .

Expertise in estimation and planning for creation of useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.

Ability to understand Quality management systems in practice, ensure compliance and suggest improvements.

Strong people management skills with proven experience in managing medium size software teams and implementing software engineering best practices.

Good understanding of benchmark software engineering practices.
-
Good to have Certified Scrum Master or PMP.

Working experience in agile/SAFe development methodologies
