Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Agile software development projects as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master
Manage full PDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and support
Coordinate with distributed teams, including Business Analysts, UI/Backend developers, QA, DevOps, and support
Drive project planning, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
Manage projects under Fixed Price and T&M engagement models, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status clearly
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively
Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
Understand high-level architecture and facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Leverage knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions and unblock teams
