As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading local projects within our growing Propulsion and Handling Portfolio. You will take charge of planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. Your expertise and project management skills will be essential to ensure projects are delivered within budget and time, and to the highest quality standards. In this role you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also have opportunities for personal and professional growth by expanding your knowledge and expertise within Propulsion and Handling.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate and Lead projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project objectives and maintain comprehensive plans, schedules, and cost estimates. Plan and secure resources in collaboration with the Resource owners.
• Monitor and control project performance, including cost, progress, and risk management. Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams to achieve goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.

• Bachelor s degree, preferably in Engineering or Project Management.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or aspiring for such a challenge.
• Project Management certifications preferred.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime products is an advantage.
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
