Designation: Civil Project Manager

Qualification: BE Civil Engineering

Experience: 8+ Years (Experience in Industrial Constructions highly Preffered)

Work Location: Thousand Light Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage industrial construction and civil project activities from start to finish.
Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure all site activities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and cost control measures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Troubleshoot project issues and ensure milestones are achieved.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
