Project Manager – PEB Structure

The Project Manager – PEB Structure will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from initiation to completion. The role involves close coordination with design teams, vendors, clients, and on-site execution teams to ensure project milestones are met within budget and time constraints while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design and detailing teams to ensure timely release of drawings.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of materials and erection activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Vendor & Client Coordination
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular progress updates.
• Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders.
• Team Leadership
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Cost & Resource Management
• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Quality & Safety
• Implement safety protocols and ensure zero-incident execution.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits at different stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PEB structures, erection methodologies, and steel construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

• Experience: 8+ years in PEB / structural steel construction
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
