Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing a clear and aligned scope with key stakeholders, developing implementation plans, monitoring tight budgetary control, leading cutover planning, defining hypercare plans, coordinating with local deployment project managers, overseeing GL file postings, tracking program risks, managing test strategies, reporting program KPIs, coordinating training and change management, and conducting post-implementation reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a clear and aligned scope with key stakeholders and develop a robust implementation plan - Monitor and implement tight budgetary control - Maintain a clear project governance structure and reporting cadence - Lead cutover planning, including data migration and system readiness - Define and manage a structured hypercare plan with support pathways and escalation processes - Coordinate with local deployment project managers in each country - Oversee and validate GL file postings - Serve as the primary interface between various departments and external vendors - Track and coordinate program risks, change control, and governance routines - Define, support, track, and report test strategies - Monitor and report program KPIs and readiness gates - Coordinate training and change management - Conduct post-implementation reviews for analysis and lesson capturing Qualification & Skills: Must-Have: - Proven experience with Workday, Absence and Time, and Integrations - Hands-on experience with cutover, hypercare, parallel runs, and country rollouts - Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams - Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams - Awareness of applicable privacy and labour laws Nice to Have: - Project management certification Additional Details: At Air Liquide, diversity and inclusion are core values.
