Job Category: Project Manager Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Hyderabad Company: Nuacem AI About Nuacem AI Nuacem AI Pvt Ltd is a leader in enterprise conversational AI and automation solutions We empower businesses across industries to enhance customer engagement through secure, scalable, and intelligent platforms, leveraging technologies like NLP, Generative AI, and hybrid communication APIs, Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven software projects The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven project management experience, and a passion for driving cross- functional teams toward success in a fast-paced and innovation-focused environment, Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution to delivery, Work with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, QA, AI research, product, and customer success, Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, Drive agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals, Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project updates, Manage scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively, Report project status, KPIs, and blockers to leadership, Requirements 6+ years of experience in project management within software/tech product companies, Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Proven experience managing projects in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise product environments, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, Proficiency in project management tools (e-g, Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project), Technical background in software engineering or AI/ML is a strong plus, Experience working with platforms involving NLP, bots, messaging APIs, or enterprise SaaS, PMP, CSM, or similar certifications, What We Offer Opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI projects used by global enterprises, A collaborative, transparent, and innovative work culture, Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives, Flexible working environment and learning opportunities, Send your Resume: careers@baseforge Show more Show less
