Qualification : B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience : Minimum 7-10 years
Locations : Faridabad.
Job Description:
· Able to take decisions, lead the project and control the entire project from inception to delivery.
· Able to manage the delivery of Civil, MEP & Interior Finishing works on time, within budget and with zero defects and to the satisfaction of the customer.
· Able to manage all sub-contractors to deliver quality works first time itself.
· Able to do Project Management & Construction Works from a PMC point of view; should have good knowledge of Budgeting, Project Planning, Billing and Execution.
· Able to do Contract Management, Document Management, progress review and reporting – DPR, WPR and MPR etc.
· Able to ensure that Safety requirements are strictly adhered to by the entire project team.
· Should have good communication skills to interact with both with client and sub-contractors.
· Should be a team player, leader and motivator to the project team.
· Excellent knowledge in MS Office, MS. Project and AutoCAD etc. is a must.
Required Candidate profile:
For construction of industrial building/Prefab Building/Institutional building/Office complex/Re-structure of running factories,
We require:
1. Engineers with experience in ploted development projects.
2. Working experience in Project Management Company is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
