Project Manager (MEP)

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the allocated budget, timeline, and scope. You will play a crucial role in effectively monitoring project progress and presenting updates to stakeholders, clients, and project team members. Key Responsibilities: - Set project timelines to ensure timely completion - Monitor project deliverables and milestones - Keep relevant stakeholders and team members informed about project progress - Provide guidance and support to project team members by assigning tasks and coaching them - Ensure proper documentation of project activities - Lead and manage all MEP activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems - Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless project integration - Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations - Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations for MEP services - Conduct site inspections and quality audits to maintain design and safety standards - Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders and senior management - Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions - Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field - 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus,
