Project Manager - MEP

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an appropriate project management framework suited for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Define project control criteria and ensure consistent application across planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Manage overall project budget, including risk assessments and contingency allowances.
• Monitor and control project changes and variations while maintaining documentation and cost control.
• Facilitate strong coordination and collaboration between all stakeholdersclients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead negotiations and manage coordination with vendors, contractors, and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the interior design and MEP teams to align on project deliverables, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular quality audits of MEP works at the site to ensure adherence to design, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment, ensuring compliance with engineering codes, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Direct and monitor MEP execution to meet defined quality standards and project milestones.

Job Requirements:

• You are a project management professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, with a strong track record of managing corporate and workplace interior fit-out projects.
• You hold a diploma or degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline, and possess solid knowledge of various trades and subcontractor scopes relevant to interior fit-out works.
• You are tech-savvy and have a demonstrated ability to adopt and integrate digital tools and technology into project workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Thriving in fast-paced environments, you consistently deliver high-quality results without compromising on timelines or customer satisfaction. You work effectively under pressure and are capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
