>>Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor project teams for optimal performance.
  • Oversee vendor activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Provide strategic updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Apply industry best practices and standards throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project outputs and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure cost-effective project execution and budgeting.
  • Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions.

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum

    10 years

    in project management, procurement, client engagement, team management, and PMU setup.
  • Minimum

    5 years

    working on

    Government projects

    (preferred).
  • Industry Background:

    Must be from the

    Media & Entertainment

    industry.

>>Mandatory Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

>>Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with MS Projects, JIRA, or other project management tools.
  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Budgeting and financial tracking capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.

>>Certifications (Good to Have):

  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications.
