About the role

Project Manager – Marine

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of dredging and shore protection projects, including planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, design requirements, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production rates, equipment performance, and site progress against planned targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are implemented across project sites.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site staff to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Marine / Coastal Engineering (or related discipline).
• 8–10+ years of proven experience in managing 

  dredging, reclamation, and shore protection works

  .
• Strong technical understanding of dredgers, marine equipment, pipelines, geotextiles, rock works, and marine construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with FIDIC/contract administration and project management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
