Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Project Coordination: Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of multiple workstreams across business and IT.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, maintain mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and steering committee presentations.
Resource Planning: Support staffing, budgeting, and capacity planning across transformation phases.
Change Management: Coordinate change impact assessments and readiness activities with business units.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture, modules, and transformation strategies.
PMO Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking tools.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification.
