As the Project & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects on time, on scope, and with quality. You'll work with diverse teams to build products powered by LLMs and AI agents, helping shape the next generation of intelligent software.
The PM should be able to have skills really good to work with a software engineers and understand their FastAPI + AI + machine learning skills and who are monitoring their Daily Tasks and on time delivery.
Develop and manage detailed project plans with defined timelines, milestones, and delivery checkpoints.
Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, design, and business teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, functional requirements, and key outcomes.
Work with AI engineers to ensure seamless integration of LLMs and AI agents into product architecture.
Track deliverables, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and continually optimize workflows to improve productivity.
Ensure quality through effective collaboration with QA and development teams.
Support and mentor delivery team members, ensuring focus and accountability
