Project Manager

To assist Project Head in achievement of timely project delivery by doing the following key activities.

1. Mapping and Planning Activities-

a. Mapping all activities in project starting from kick off to delivery of projects

b. Mapping relevant stakeholders for each activity

c. Planning timeline of activities along with stakeholders

d. Arriving at critical path of project

e. Identify critical activities during the project phase

f. Identification of risks during the project

g. Making mitigation plan for same

2. Project Management Support-

a. Tracking project progress for timely delivery

b. Ensuring timely closure of all stages

c. Understanding bottlenecks and issues in timely delivery of projects and their resolution

d. Influencing cross functional team involved in execution of project

e. Ensuring timely alerts in case of risk in delivery

3. Process Improvement

a. Identifying gaps in planning and implementation of projects

b. Formulating process corrections basis learnings

c. Implementing corrections and analyzing results

d. Measurement of results post correction

4. Leading special projects

a. Leading special projects defined to grow revenue opportunities

b. Mapping relevant stakeholders in projects

c. Defining project plan for same

d. Implementing the project plan in cross functional team set up

e. Identifying risks and mitigation plan leading to achievement of desired objectives

5. Leading Cross functional Coordination

a. Leading periodic project meetings

b. Influencing key project stakeholders via project trackers

c. Drive change by initiating new processes and establishing accountability

d. Communicating and updating top management within depth analysis of project challenges/failures
