Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role within the project team, collaborating closely with other team members, Language Delivery (LXD) teams, Technical Services, and Quality Assurance. Your primary responsibility will involve effectively executing quotes and projects of varying complexity and scope, overseeing the work of multiple client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, top-notch deliverables, and account growth. You will also act as the main client liaison and provide support to the Program Manager when required. Furthermore, you may take the lead in implementing new initiatives and supervising junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client requirements, needs, and requests such as asset management, reporting, and meetings. - Serve as the main contact for clients and conduct presentations to educate them about projects or our company. - Handle client relationships, deliver regular status reports, and uphold positive client perceptions. - Address intricate client inquiries and issues, guaranteeing client satisfaction by proactively presenting solutions. - Identify, communicate, and manage production risks, participate in quotation preparation, and ensure adherence to ISO requirements. - Initiate and coordinate standard and complex projects, carry out administrative tasks, and generate reports to enhance processes. - Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). - Work with the Supply Chain to ensure project resources have the necessary tools and information, and provide feedback on resource performance. - Support the Global Account team in enhancing budget, efficiency, and quality, aiding in account-related meetings and presentations. - Collaborate with project team members, offer process improvement suggestions, and mentor junior staff. Qualification Required: - A four-year college degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Sciences, or a related field. - Three to five years of practical project coordination experience in the localization or translation industry. - Successful customer service/account management experience, with proficiency in computing including familiarity with TRADOS or other translation management tools. - Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience is preferred. - Verbal and written fluency in at least one foreign language is advantageous. - PMP Certification is a bonus.,
