Job Role: Project Manager Trading & Business / Oil & Gas Industry Location: Bengaluru Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in either Trading & Business or Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and financial oversight while driving operational efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and project success. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Financial & Performance Monitoring: Track project financials, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Process Optimization: Implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Technology & Innovation: Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance project performance. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors or masters degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Experience: Over all - 12 Years including 6+ years in project management within Trading & Business or Oil & Gas industry. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or relevant industry certifications preferred. Technical & Industry Knowledge: For Trading & Business: Knowledge of financial markets, supply chain, trade regulations, and business operations. For Oil & Gas: Expertise in exploration, production, refining, and regulatory compliance. Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on cross functional, global projects. Strong negotiation and contract management expertise. Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
