Hi All,
Urgently looking for IT Project Managers for one of our leading Investment Banking client in Mumbai location.
Experience : 5 - 7 years
- Manage and closely monitor RISK IT projects - Ensure IT Group Governance adherence by projects, control over key milestone & deliverables, follow-up on Risk & Issues, Project health & cost delays
- Formalize & raise alerts with recommended actions for the projects/initiative to stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the overall progress on projects through periodic governance forums [weekly/monthly Steering committee etc.]
- Timely communication with all stakeholders /sponsors on overall project progress /risks.
- Work with project team to identify the mitigation plan to achieve the overall project objectives
- Drive a proper Governance framework to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all levels.
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly project status reports as requested by senior management.
- Reconciliation and consolidation of Transversal data with respect to data received from Support functions at ISPL.
- Budget and Cost Control: Oversee and handle the budget process for RISK function. Reconcile the budget/actuals with support function like Project Office, Finance and Performance Management teams.
- Assist RISK Function Managers and PMO in Budget/Cost management.
- Continuously reviewing and improving IT budgeting processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT project financial management. This might involve implementing new financial tools, training IT project managers on IT budgeting best practices, and ensuring compliance with organizational financial and IT policies
- ISPL Headcount: Resources, Cost Centers, Budget, Forecast, Headcount Phasing; Control resources’ allocation for ISPL RISK Function. Reconcile the HC’s with the Project Office, HR/Vendor Management teams.
- Coordinator: Act as a coordinator between RISK IT teams and for multiple support functions like ISPL Project office, Finance, Performance Management, HR, Vendor Management, ITIP, BCP, Compliance, L&D, Org charts, admins teams, etc.

- Strong interpersonal skills -Able to interact with people at all levels of the business, a good team player with an ability to multitask with effective time and priority management.
- Strong Power point skills –Can come up with visually strong power-point presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word – Can create pre-defined templates in excel with in-built formulas as required and automate wherever possible.
- Good in verbal and written communication. Adapts quickly and can independently manage /co-ordinate with different teams and get the desired results
- Good exposure to IT Project Management Lifecycle
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / MS Powerpoint / PowerBI Dashboards
- Automation skills, to continuously improve processes and tools
- Great attention to details, precise and tidy
- Clear, concise, to-the-point communication
- Self-driven, comfortable operating with a large level of autonomy
- Ability to work well under short deadlines at times
