Project Manager / Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager / Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and aligning internal resources to meet client goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-centric, and has a strong background in both project and account management. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. Define timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech, etc.) to ensure smooth execution. Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Develop strong relationships and understand client needs and expectations. Provide strategic recommendations and identify opportunities to upsell or improve services. Ensure consistent communication and high levels of client satisfaction. Reporting & Coordination: Provide regular updates to both clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare and maintain documentation, timelines, and performance reports. Troubleshoot issues and resolve client concerns in a timely manner. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–6 years of experience in project management or key account handling. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with project management tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
