Project Manager - IT Consulting Services

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across diverse technology domains. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. This role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder input.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure accountability to maintain momentum.
• Monitor resource allocation and team productivity to ensure optimal performance.
• Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Provide regular status reports and updates on risks, blockers, and key milestones to leadership and clients.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays and ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage client communications, maintain project documentation, and ensure high client satisfaction with timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, Prince2, MBA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management within a software or IT services environment.
• Experience with cloud-based or enterprise IT projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project success in fast-paced environments.
