Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to coordinate all project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring effective communication of project status to all participants. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Furthermore, you will collaborate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans to break down projects into manageable actions with specific timeframes. - Collaborate with the Project Manager to eliminate project blockers, assign tasks to internal teams, and assist with schedule management. - Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project standards and client requirements through quality assurance tests. - Utilize your expertise in project management from conception to delivery, along with strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. - Hands-on experience with project management tools like Basecamp or Trello. - Proficiency in monitoring working hours, plans, and expenditures to aid in budget preparation. - At least 3 years of total work experience and proficiency in English.
