Job Description

Role Summary:

  • Manages discovery phase activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, stakeholder alignment, and effective cross-team communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the discovery phase project plan.
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and documentation efforts.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure alignment across business, technical, and QA teams.
  • Prepare status reports and stakeholder communications.

Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).
